Alexander Volk acquired all shares of Solifos AG owned by NBG Holding GmbH

Solifos AG wishes everyone a happy new year and starts 2023 directly with a change: As of 23rd December 2022 Mr Alexander Volk acquired all shares of Solifos AG owned by Austrian NBG Holding GmbH. Therefore, Solifos AG is once again an independent company and 100% Swiss-owned. With a strong, competent investor at our side, we are looking forward to further grow as a company and accomplish successful projects together with our customers.
